Axis Oil and Gas Management, LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Axis Exploration, LLC) has managed hundreds of working interests for numerous companies and individuals, providing an outsourcing solution and professional management services for oil and gas companies throughout the United States. The management team has directly overseen the drilling, completion and management of over 200 horizontal wells in Oklahoma & Texas and operated and managed over 100 vertical wells. We have organically grown a company from acquiring leases to drilling horizontal wells and we sold our private equity backed company in Western Oklahoma for an enterprise value at over $400 million.

- Acquisitions & Divestitures — deal sourcing, due diligence, title work, economic & environmental review, negotiation, marketing optimization, and closing.
- Engineering & Operations — well optimization, LOE reductions, recompletions & workovers, well proposals, drilling and completion oversight, pipeline negotiations and connections.
- Land Services — Surface negotiations, damage agreements, title curative Oklahoma Corporation Commission expert testimony, division order management, State and Federal/BIA filings and permits
- Accounting Services — Oil and gas operational accounting including general ledger, financial reporting, revenue, and joint interest billing.
